Each of our weekly, 45-minute classes includes a combination of songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement, and instrument play. These activities are presented as informal, non-performance-oriented musical experiences, developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers - regardless of their own musical ability. Children are not expected to sit still, but rather to respond in their own way to the music and activities during class. The role of the parent or caregiver is seen as essential to the child's enjoyment of the class, so plenty of guidance is offered by the teacher.
Wear comfortable clothes (and socks or bare feet) for dancing and sitting on the floor. Please be considerate of children with allergies; Nursing and water bottles only in class. Thanks!
Fall classes run for six weeks between September 13th and Thanksgiving. Registration is open. Pay online using Paypal or by mailing your check to -
